In rural area, many poor families decide to let their children drop out school to help them earn money when they are enough old, or some poor families do not have enough money to spend for their children in beginning school year, so the drop out school rate always in the top of province.

Thousand scholarships are supported each year on 3 districts (Tanh Linh, Duc Linh and Ham Thuan Nam), contribute to reduce the rate of drop out school of Binh Thuan province.

Moreover, before any school year, Thien Chi always combine with school and local authority to organize the event to mobilize the fund for scholarship, average 40,000$ is mobilized each year, this amount will be left for schools and Training & Education department level district in other to improve education’s infrastructure.
